HUMP-DAY HELP! Looking for a quick n’ healthy mid-week meal idea?  Try this simple turkey skillet using lean ground turkey meat, vegetables, and spices. Most of the ingredients are probably already in your pantry!  If you and your dinner guests are looking to lean out for summer serve solo in a small bowl or wrap in large crispy romaine leaves. If you are chowing down post-workout serve over ½-1 cup of basmati or jasmine rice. The kids will also love this mixture as a taco filler (try using non-GMO corn tortillas and adding slices of avocado.)
