We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. It is our recommendation to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time as our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time needed to complete your experience. If you are running late, please call us so we may try to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee the full length or guarantee of the service.

Return and Refund Policies:

Products and Supplements:

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on supplements, skin care and makeup products that have been opened, used, or unsealed. We do not accept returns of products in damaged packaging.

Returns are only accepted on unused, and unsealed products that are returned in the original packaging.  Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. All packaging must be received in good condition. In the event you have a severe reaction, we will need you to come in for  documentation of reaction, within 24 hours, so we can document and, in some cases, attempt to remediate the problem or reaction.

In-Clinic Service: Once an in-clinic service or consultation has been rendered, it is non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once the service has been completed.

Packages: A refund for a service package of multiple treatments is based on unused treatments, minus the cost of any supplies used, testing or consultations already done.

If you receive all treatments contracted herein, no refund is due, including in the event of an adverse reaction.

All refund prorating will be based on unused treatments. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchasing any package or treatment series, you may choose a refund of cash/credit card charges, or store credit.

If you request a refund after 30 days and within one year of purchasing any package or treatment series, cost of services reverts to full pricing and a refund will be for store credit, minus the cost of any testing, supplies used or consultations.

Store credit may be used for any KOI services, packages, or products.

Treatment and Packages Expiration:

All service packages and prepaid treatments must be used within 1 year (365 days) of date of purchase or they will expire. The purchase of packages can not be combined with any other specials, discounts, deals or promos and is non transferable.

Financing:

If a financing partner was utilized for the purchase of a package, refunds requested after 30 days will be subject to a 6% adjustment to account for the financing fees incurred by KOI at the time of the original transaction.
Payments must be current to receive services.

Products & Gift Cards:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for store credit only. We do not accept returns of prescription products. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Payments:

We accept all major credit cards and cash. All prices subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards do not expire in client’s account and can be used on any service, product, or package purchase.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
